FAQ

Where are these items made?
I hand make all items in my shop in Eastern Washington State.

Won't glass picks break?
The picks that I make are firstly art pieces, but are designed to be functional, with special care and attention to the shape, beveling, and polish.  This allows for high functionality in most cases and the sound they make on guitar strings is entirely unique.
Unfortunately, all glass has the potential to break if dropped or misused, but these guitar picks are made from borosilicate, the same glass used in making guitar slides.

What is borosilicate glass and how is it different from regular glass?
Borosilicate glass is a durable scientific grade glass. It is used in manufacturing, laboratories, and kitchenware.

When will my items ship?
I will securely pack and ship items within 2 business days. Tracking will be provided to you when the item has shipped.

What if my item breaks or chips?
Glass, being the material that it is, can sometimes chip or break, and should be handled as carefully as any instrument, jewelry, or art piece. In some cases, I am able to repair or clean up chips. Please   contact me with any questions.

Do you take orders for custom pieces?
I generally do not take orders for custom ideas, however, I am willing to discuss what you are looking for to see if I have any items that I can make to suit your needs.
